Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations and requests for a full refund must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session. Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled to another date and time.

2. Respectful Behavior

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. You agree to treat our staff, Santa, and all venue personnel with respect and kindness at all times. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the venue.

3. Pet Grooming & Presentation

Because our photo sessions take place inside commercial venues, all pets must arrive appropriately groomed and clean. If a pet arrives excessively dirty, Santa Paws Photography reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately without a refund.

4. Owner Responsibility & Cleaning Fees

Pet owners are solely responsible for their animal's behavior and any mess created. If your pet causes damage or requires extra cleaning, you may be held directly liable for any cleaning or repair fees imposed by the venue.

5. Arrival Times & Session Schedule

Your booking time represents your required arrival time. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time and no earlier than 10 minutes prior to avoid crowding. While we aim to run sessions on time, working with animals requires flexibility, and sessions will take place in a timely manner as conditions allow. Please take note that as we offer a pet & family photography service other animals (dogs/cats/monkeys) may be present at the time of your arrival.

6. Image Delivery & Gallery Access

All photos are delivered digitally. You will receive access to your digital image gallery within 14 days of your booking date. Your online gallery will remain active and accessible for 3 months from the date of issue, after which it may be archived or removed. Print products are available on request, please ask us at your session for pricing.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images taken during the session. You are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only (e.g., printing for home display, sharing on personal social media). Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or advertising without prior written consent from the photographer. Additionally, Tamara Silvester Creative & Santa Paws Photography reserves the right to use any images taken during the session for portfolio, promotional, advertising, and social media marketing purposes, unless opt-out arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to your session.
